Well, after reading this thread, I can see I'm in the minority here-as near as I can tell, almost every other post was by a woman, and I haven't seen a single reply that refers to "my wife", so I'll start.

My wife is my best friend and I can't imagine my life without her. She puts up with me (most of the time

) and I always know that she will there for me.

I guess it is when I am filthy dirty from working in the yard with the animals, in my "yard cloths", hair in disarray from the Emu's styling it for me, no make up, dirt and who knows what else on my face,.... everywhere.... and he stops and looks at me with that sideways grin, and says " You're so cute. - That's love

DH is my best friend and has stayed by my side even though I got very bad sick 3 months after we got married. In spite of my health is has stayed with me when he could have easily ran. He works then comes home to take care of me, our children, all the housework, and all my critters. TRUE LOVE!

My DH is working endless overtime and is still trying to keep up the yard! He works so hard to make a good life for us!

The habit is to think of one positive thing, one trait one action about your spouse every day. And then thank them for it!!! Once a day habit makes for great marriages!
