I was just looking at some old pics of Ken. That man is more handsome today than ever!

I found 2 chicks of the breed I've been dreaming about, & my wife blurted out "So buy them". Yea I have a great wife!

Today, I got interviewed VIA email by a (BYCer) seller, that has the 2 chicks. I am so excited. I've been searching for this breed for over a year. I cant wait to get these chicks. If all goes well, I'll have them Saturday.

My DH's dog Snoopy is finally better! She had to be rushed to the vet's on 4-16. She had lab work and x-rays. The vet called me the next day, Snoopy had: Hemalytic Anemia, liver failure/damage, renal failure. The vet told me this was "doable". Had to force feed the dog for 2 1/2 weeks, give her five pills three times a day. On Tuesday of this week, she brought me her toy to play with her. She is on one pill every other day. Just today she ate her "dog food". I have been feeding her baked chicken breast, rice with egg in it... woo hoo! I love my country vets!! For 2 1/2 weeks, I thought the best thing would be to put her out of her misery, my vet was right, I was wrong!! Snoopy is smiling again! Praise the Lord, Theresa

Got some friends coming over for dinner. That doesn't happen too often as everyone is usually busy. And in another week it's going to be too hot here to bother to cook at all.....seriously.
