2 new chicks hatched today

and my daughter got to see one of them on the final stretch push herself out of the shell

It was the first thing she has ever seen born and the wonder and awe on her face was worth a million good things to happen in a day

Took my scoot out for a ride today. It was nice to feel the wind and blow out the cobwebs. When we got home & I took off my helmet, my sweetie laughed and me and pointed out that I had road dirt on my face everywhere EXCEPT where my helmet and goggles/glasses covered it. It was pretty silly.

We had a good laugh out of that.

Ehhh... after being talked to in a way that bordered on verbal abuse by my older sister, I've always had trouble believing that. But it always makes me so happy when people, and especially him, tell me I'm beautiful!

Ev, it is for me.. I didnt really know Em very well, she was the great and funny EM!!! Not nice and experienced and beautiful Em.
