Tell me something GOOD that happened to you today.

I caught up with a couple of old friends for the first time in ages.

My clownfish's eye was healed by love. Didn't respond to meds, so I bought him an anemone a month ago. ( a week before my plumbing blew up). Tonight both are beautiful, and the eye, it looks perfect. I can't tell which one was swollen.

How did you make these?

Tear up the kale into chip sized pieces, toss in a bag with olive oil and garlic salt, lay out on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 for about 10 minutes.

Oh, thanks for catching that. One tip is to make sure the kale is good and dried off or it tend to not get crispy. I also learned not to go overboard on the olive oil. You can just use sea salt...I use this seasoning salt called Papa Johns.

One good thing that happened today was that I got a lead on a job opening...part time...in my county.

My husband finally read a few entries on my blog! I've been blogging for over four years and he's never bothered to look at my writings. Tonight he did, then gave me some very good compliments on my writing.
