i have americauna and Rhode Island reds how can I tell of both types which one is cockerel and which ones are hens thanks in advance
 
No where near 10 weeks of age, I'd say 4-5 weeks at the most. Some still have some chick fluff.

Also look very crowded and cold. Is this their brooder? What are you using for a heat source? I see some grain in the cage, is this what your feeding? They need to be on chick feed still and full feed. Their to young for grains yet really.
 
No wonder they seem stunted. Corn and scratch grains lack the nutrition that growing chicks need. Only give starter from now on. They need a lot of protein to grow and develop their feathers. Poor nutrition means it will take much longer than usual to be able to sex these chicks. They are significantly delayed.
x2. And DON'T feed layer until they ARE laying. It will also stunt their growth.
