Temp. fluctuations

I've been watching the LG incubator temp. go up and down from 99.0 to 100.5 with 45 GF eggs inside, I noticed the fan speed, actually the hum change and change again, I realized there was probably some line voltage changes going on. No wonder temp. won't stabilize. Plugged the incubator power strip into medium sized APC battery backup and now I have "conditioned " power for the incubator.
Seems to have actually helped some, holding on 100.0*. The LG seems to be extremely sensitive to room temp. changes, likes 74-77* room temp. best.

Hope this idea might help someone else out there struggling with their LG, gotta love 'em. Larry

all three of my bators are LG but we dont do the ones with the forced air....ours are still air...we set them in the basement so that there is no furnace to change the temp...we shut the vents down there...and there is no window to allow the sun to come in and mess up the temps.
