Hello folks, I met a person on FB looking for these two dogs and they have been missing a long time, if anyone has seen or know someone that may have seen these two dogs please contact the number below
This is a new version of the Lost Dogs sign that reflects the reward offered. I want it shared with a description of what happened, so I am reposting it with the story. If you have them or have seen them or know someone who has them or has seen them, we've been trying for weeks to find out dogs and bring them home. They are lost. They were not dumped. They are well cared for indoor pets who are badly missed.
I live in Rockwood, TN. On December 21st at 9 am we left for Georgia, planning to adopt a companion Min Pin puppy for our dog Loki, since our Great Pyrenees Kyra, is getting out of her puppy stage and doesn't normally play with Loki as much as he would like. I opted to leave the dogs at home because I thought they would be safer than if we brought them on an enormous car trip.
We got back at midnight after visiting some friends along the way in North Carolina to find that our front bedroom window was broken open and our dogs were missing. I called the police immediately, but the next day, I spoke to the neighbors. Apparently the dogs broke through the window at about 9 am when we left.
They got out of the yard once and the neighbors put them back, but they stayed around until about 1:30. When it got dark, the neighbors noticed they were gone, but had hoped they went back into the window.
I've called shelters, been to shelters, posted, ads, posted signs, read several Craigslists daily in several sections looking to see if someone has them for sale, walked the neighborhood and followed up on the one lead we've gotten, which was that they were seen near the edge of town on the mountain, Black Hollow Road, but they had been seen two days before we were called and they were no longer there.
We miss them terribly and want them back home.
