Thanks for the welcome! At the risk of sounding like a know-it-all, I've got another suggestion for those tummy problems that may be from bad food......

Charcoal and goldenseal! I've had food poisoning many times - those when I've used that combo resolved quickly (sometimes just a few hours) and there was no residual yuckiness. I put 2 droppersful of liquid goldenseal in my mouth and hold it for 5 min (again, bypassing gag reflex - at least some gets absorbed thru mucus membranes) before I swallow. Then 20 min later I take 4 charcoal capsules. The goldenseal kills the germie's, the charcoal absorbs them and helps remove them from your insides. So don't freak out when you you black stuff in the potty.....

Hope yer all feeling well soon. Gotta get better in time for the meetup!!!

We are all natural here as well..no processed foods or white flour/sugar or drugs here

We even had all of our kids at home with a mid wife..hospitals are for accidents and some illness only here. Our first Midwife over 20 years ago got us hooked into all natural health. It was so funny...we had goldenseal on our sons umbilical cord when we took him for his baby check they went on and on about how important it was not to allow poo on it..

Of coarse they had to find something wrong since I took such a "risk"

You're right - I Do Like It Here!!!

Wish I had known about the safety record of midwives before I had mine. One of the wisest women I've ever known was Miss Gladys, a M'boro midwife and nurse practionier ~ she was our 'doc' of choice for our healthiest 12 yrs! We didn't get 'natural' till my kid's were 4 & 6. But I'm now in my 50's and way better than I was in my 20's!!! WaaHooo!

She delivered our first. He will be 20 in May

She retired before we had our last 2-12 years between Kevin and Megan and only 18 months then Ethan

Tis' indeed a small world! While she's no longer delivering babies she is still taking care of people!!! I think she's a home health care nurse now - a friend is an in-home teacher for special needs babies (0-3) and Miss Gladys is the nurse for one lil' fella! Can you believe it? She's got to be around 83 or 84 and still running around helping folks!

OK Jen close your eyes...here they come don't look
