Hey y'all! Just wanted to chime in and say Howdy to all the Texas chicken lovers! LOL i know, I'm a dork! Seriously though,I just got so depressed looking at all the Roosters needing new homes one the re homing thread. I have 4 that need to be on there but I almost feel it would just be a waste of time! Any way Y'all have a good night and if ya know of anyone looking for some of the most docile Roosters in Texas, send em my way. Thanks!

Snake will try to swallow the chick.  When it can't because its jaw won't stretch enough, it will disgorge the chick, but by this time the chick has suffocated.  Lost one last year at about this time.  Nylon bird netting can entangle snakes.  Sorry you lost your chick.

Whatbreeds are they? I see the last one is a D'uccle Im thinking about asking DWfor that one.... we have a goldenneck pullet that would go nicely with him.... The 2 splashes look to be OEGBs is that correct? I may ask for both of those as well.... no guarantees.... im on chicken math solitary right now....

LOL. Yes Conway is a splash OEGB and Gypsy Is a self blue OEGB If I had enough Hens, I would keep them. I just have a small coop/run. This is my first go with chickens and iv already figured out BIGGER IS BETTER!
