I had a big rabbit in Saudi Arabia. She moved an incredible amount of dirt. I think she even ended up with her hole under the house.

This was incredibly well-written! I am SOOO glad! I haven't posted much the last few days (busy busy!) but I've been reading and thinking about your poor bunny! Glad he's home!

10* here this morning. I bet we set a record. That is just too cold. Didn't even want to get out of bed. Glad we are on the way up in temps for a bit now. Way too cold....

I woke up to that same 10 degrees....I was a few minutes late to work because I didn't want to get up. Lol!
All of our heat is electric and our house is old so it can only handle 2 heaters going at once..lol
One was in the kids' room and the chicks got the other one! So I did NOT want to leave my blankets this morning.

On a separate note: a few of my chicks (2 weeks old now) are doing this weird thing where they open their beaks and their..throat kind of moves? Like they'd be making noise but they're not. Their behavior other wise is fine.
Are they hot or is their crop full? I'm just worried since I had so many pass.
I looked up gapeworm just in case but they've yet to go outside. Any ideas?
