Wow! So what did you do with them after you caught them? Did you take them somewhere else and release them?

welcome from Katy!Hola! From New Braunfels, TX! I have 15 chicks in the brooder as we speak. Need to line up materials for a coop so that I'm ready once they are big enough! Anybody close by?

This is a great site. So much information it's hard to digest it all.
I don't have any chickens yet, but working on my coop getting ready to get some in a month or so.
That's hardcore! lol. I've heard of that working pretty well though.I took the bobcat to my uncles ranch in the river bottoms. The coyote is on my fence at the back of my property as a reminder to the countless other coyotes in the area. No clue if it works, but I haven't seen or caught any since.
I'm going!
I'll bring some Cochins (hopefully four) and a couple of Ameraucanas. It will be my first show. I thought about the costume show, but think if I'm showing up to half a dozen birds, I will have more than enough on my plate.
I still need to get birds P/T tested, but I am waiting to receive a couple of birds I'm hoping to show as well.
I'm planning to go to three in March. The South Central show, the one in Dripping Springs two weeks later and finally the South Texas State Fair at the end of the month.
What day is the one in Dripping Springs? My sister lives there...
Hmmm....Dripping Springs isn't too far from me. Might have to make that one. Do they have a website with details?
