Looking on the bag of my Texas Naturals, it says to feed them the starter until 10 weeks or so. After that I guess you go to the grower. I only see broiler grower, I don't see pullet grower on their site.
Mine got bananas today. I give them a treat almost every day. Sometimes fruit, sometimes some kind of greens and boiled/scrambled eggs when I have plenty. I'm running low on my eggs, so they'll have to wait to get some good yard eggs. I gave them fishing worms yesterday. They loved them!
hung, you just crack me up!!!!
cute!
We actually got a touch of rain this afternoon. Just enough to make a thick yellow paste on my porch from all the pollen. It started thundering as I was feeding my dogs. I had to run out there and get my 2nd roost under the barn so it wouldn't get wet. I'm in the process of painting it.
On a good note, all my chicks went up the ramp into the brooder this evening when I went and fed them. Of course it was looking dark due to the storm, so maybe that helped get them in. At least I didn't have to catch any today!
