Your right. I have some power poles going thru my property. One AM I'm sitting there & two utility trucks go driving in the middle of my hay fields. I was livid I ran down there & told them to get the helllllll off my property. They kept on about saying they owned an easement. I told the guy you show me the paper work. They wanted to run the electricity from my poles I told them no way. I don't want power lines criss croosing my land. I could go on & on about the stunts this guy has tried here at 7L its unreal.
I never thought I'd see the day. But I was wrong.

maybe you should check your water table nowjust before they fill the 6 acre lake and again just after they fill it to prove they have damaged your property which they should be liable for.
It couldn't hurt. You can do what you want to your land pretty much but not if it adversely affects another persons property.

Hows about contacting the News. Tell them about the horrible time you're having watering your livestock while a developer runs water to fill a lake or pond or whatever for no good reason?

I'm lost for words. It's really all about using good old common sense. Lets see now we are having a major drought maybe I should wait to fill this lake after we get some much needed rain. All in all the owner should let the good lord above fill the pond & not waist the water under the ground. But its all about the almighty dollar.
