I am considering making a trip up there. I ordered from MPC, and am very happy with them, just really costly.

@Nksg75 a good majority of my birds are from Ideal. I have some great personalities in the flock and I love the variety and for the most part they seem very hardy.

I would not think so. Even on shipped orders, the only time they've put them in is the one time I asked them to.

I have a few weeks wait. I'm going to be in serious trouble when my quail start laying. I better get busy building another quail cage and brooder now.

This is one of my Swedish Flower Cockerels. He is super sweet & at the bottom of the pecking order. I normally have to pick him up off the floor of the coop after everyone roost. His legs are starting to have small sores or callus. Do you think I should trim the feathers from his face? I’m planning on selling him & a lot of my grow outs. I’m just not sure if I should wait on any trimming & Let a new owner decide.
