Ok so the dogs were taking the eggs, I found the hidden laying spot under my pool deck. Then it has got to be the bunnies! In north Texas the cat loved bringing home snakes from the creek out back. Never a copperhead though.

I have been giving the same "haircut" to my polish. It seems to make them happier and able to chicken better.Ok Cull Bill made it to the barbershop, so he can behave more like a rooster. Being able to see really changes their behavior tremendously. Notice the flat apathetic pose from photo above, to now he has a normal arched back with his head held high and alert. There are still some refinements I want to make to this cut, but didn't want to stress him too badly first time around. View attachment 1893871

Do any of you have ideal hatchery welsummers?
I'm not looking for breeder quality, just good personalities and darker brown eggs.
I do and I love her. She’s confident but not a bully, and is always the first to greet me.Do any of you have ideal hatchery welsummers?

What a cutie! I love that egg too. I was going to pick some up from tsc (from ideal) this week but I'm going to have to wait for spring. Too many goings- on right now and no broodies to raise them for me.I do and I love her. She’s confident but not a bully, and is always the first to greet me.
She’s a real diva, loves to be in front of the camera.

You could always send your boxers here, my beast of a cat hasn't met a dog he can't tame yet. From a 90 pound German Shepherd to 75 pound Lab's with attitudes. Even a pit-mix cat hater has been tamed by this cat. As a kitten the first thing he did when we found him at Salado Creek in San Antonio was stick himself to my dog's face(the 90 pound German Shepherd).I'd love to have a cat. Unfortunately, I have 2 boxers that aren't cat friendly. My younger girls are laying eggs all over the yard and in the woods too, since the snake sightings. It's an egg hunt every day.
If the older girls are laying (they aren't freeranged) something is definately taking eggs.
Lol. My brother has a cat like that. I tried to talk him out of it, but it was a "no".You could always send your boxers here, my beast of a cat hasn't met a dog he can't tame yet.
