Texas

Is anyone willing to rescue a Belgian Malionios? His time here with us is limited. Additionally he is not chicken safe we have removed several from his mouth. Additionally he has killed a cat of ours. Vet records are available.
I feel your pain. I have a small golden doodle we need to re-home. She wants to be Alpha female too much. I've been working with her since we rescued her almost 6(?) years now, she's 6-ish...... Fantastic with all the boy dogs great & small, wounded or not. Plays with toads but, has a yerning desire to taste rabbit... If she can ever catch one!

I would rehome her. It would be worth a youtube video to see her trying to out alpha'ing our girls. Just we would need to meet somewhere in Central Texas. Regarding rabbits the cat leaves those laying about. I have literally tossed maggot infested rabbits over the fence. So any dog that wants to beat the flies to a corpse sounds good to me. As I am really tired of the job.

I know he will never go here. I still have to try. It is worth trying though.

Have you tried an internet search for a rescue group? Sometimes you can find them breed specific and they are really strict about adopting them out once they agree to rescue. A lot of time the local shelter can give you the name of a rescue to help you.

Good luck.

What breed is this? I lean towards pullet at 6.5 weeks. The meat birds in the backyard have cockerels that are much more defined in comb and wattle.
Its a silver laced wyandotte. Very dominant, kind of aggressive. I have 4.5 wk old silkies and this bird chases them into a corner, pecks them, does not allow any of them near the food or water. So I am trying to figure out whether to keep it or not.
