Could it be one of those "murder hornets," that have supposedly turned up in Washington state a short time ago, on their mission to colonize the USA.

Then roundup on poison ivy

Deep tuts in pasture, tree service will be here Monday to cut down tree, they are supposed to cut and remove everything, however, if they have/use a chipper, I am going to ask they leave the wood chips.
Coop, mulch, pasture ruts.....
I see lots of uses for free wood chips. Maybe a discount on tree since they're not Hauling chips off.

Cloudy and dry. J got pasture shredded. Birds are rooting around in the cut grass. I picked up some clearance daisies the other day. Divided them and planted while he was shredding. He did NOT go to the back gate, or Shred around fence line-yet.
