Yeah. Hold on a second…I need to figure a ramp, or move nest to ground when/if babies appear. They can't negotiate the ladder/obstacle course. Any suggestions?

Scroll through all the pics of these threads & you will see images with the ramps I have built inside the crates. These designs are rather simple pieces of wood that are the leftovers from building the coop.
Yes I still have them AND the article I wrote - on a whim- about saving space and making a section of the coop now space for the silkies to have there own space inside the main coop ALSO have detailed ramp design drawings and images to see.

It sits on 12 inch flat paversAt some point this year, I’d highly suggest you collect enough cinder blocks to make a complete foundation for the small wood base rails of the coop/run. Keep that wood from roting a lot longer.
