Hi everyone! Did anyone else go to the State Fair in Dallas? We did (of course) and had to go see the Birds of the World show as usual. And as usual, the chicken chase was hilarious! All these really cool endangered (or just plain cool) birds, and there goes a bunch of chickens running across the stage, chasing a trainer. And then "chasing" a planted audience member (trainer) into the water. Just goes to show that our chooks aren't as dumb as some people would like to believe, and heaven knows we all get some great belly laughs out of them.
Have fun in the rain, we need it!

This is my first time in this part of the board too.

I am in Austin doing some urban chicken raising- 6 chickens, 2 guinea pigs, 1 cat (who is the only cat in the neighborhood that torments the chickens. go figure.)
