They are quite lovely! And the beards and muffs just take it to the next level! I only want to keep a cockerel and a couple hens (depending on what hatches) I'll let you know what I have left if you want.Isabels are a weakness of mine along with Blue Golden Duckwing.

Here’s a Brazoria Palm in my backyard . I think they are endemic to your area and the most cold hardy trunking species of all sabals.

Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do.
