Good to hear I had a chicken who just had chicks 8 were born yesterday but today the last one was born but ants were trying to get it an I am sure I shouldn't have but I slowly and carefully moved it away from the ants with a grabber . Then it finally hatched out but it's extremely weak an the mother stepped on it an I'm worried it won't survive.

Oh no! I'm sorry! Do you have any picture of it? I would post this in the Emegencies forums: https://www.backyardchickens.com/forums/emergencies-diseases-injuries-and-cures.10/ make thread there and someone should help you soon!

Can you take it inside and get it warmed up, maybe with a heating pad made into a little cave and get it drinking some electrolyte water? I'd go that route then see how it is doing after some warmth and hydration. If it's doing better slip it under mom early in the morning or tonight.
