She finally brought them out. I feel bad taking them but I need them gone. There are 14 of them!
She'll be fine in a day or so, business as usual. I've done it and felt bad too, but that's just how it is sometimes.
Maybe you could loan her the mama hen for a few weeks.
She's a bit far for that. Plus it's done. I have a brooder in the house that is always set up and ready to go for times like this or if an OEGB need to be kept inside.
