I waved to them in the beginning and it didn't help. I think they are just nosy. I am just glad that their property only has one tiny corner that is near the front corner of mine.
You guys are too funny. I think I have said about two words with my neighbors in the four years that I've lived here. I went and introduced myself when we moved in, threw a party, etc. - still don't know any of them. Except of course the people that live right next to us who seem to hate me for no good reason. Whatever! Their Loss! Aie ya yi. Sometimes us New Yorkers deserve our reputation for rudeness I guess.
I am more worried about being allowed to grow a big vegetable garden - must be the only person in Westchester county that grows okra - and have about 6 chickens. I'm not ready for the huge flock experience yet. I just don't want some helmet hair lady in a giant SUV telling me I can't plant peas and my dog is too big.
