it was the thread starter allen wranch.... i dont think the list has been updated anytime recently since im not on it...so many new comers i dont think anyone has the time to update that massive list! not very many ppl are active as most so who knows whos from where? and most seek out those from their state but sadly some dont! in which case they dont get on the list! im fine with not having a list... if one want to find peeps from their area a good place to find them is on this forum... wish there were city threads! but that can get a bit messy with cities that think they are better and thats no bueno.....

on a brighter note.... got my 1st chipmunk hatched!!!! how long does it take these guys to fluff out?!?!? gettin a bit impatient here!!!!

Yay!!! I had my first 2 eggs from my ducks this morning that makes me excited!

are yalls ducks and geese laying? mine havent started yet, but I think they should start soon.

My ducks have been laying all winter long. As for the geese, no eggs yet. I've seen a few nests dug in the sand, but that was a couple weeks ago. Getting eggcited!!

My ducks never quit laying. LOL and hatching. I haven't seen any goose eggs yet.

Hay all, I have missed ya'll. Been busy moving, worming, building, and hatching eggs. So far one blue Marans baby, and two A & M quail.
We got the wood duck pen done with the flight netting on it. I be dang it we put the pair in there and some one stole my female last night. I'm really tired of these thieves. Gonna go Texan on their butts. So my DH has ordered me some more wood ducks, and some baby turkies.
I have four yellow trays of eggs at different stages of incubation in the bator. I'll have some going into lock down that were placed in on the 10th. I got my first Sebbie egg, and of course it went into the bator.

Congratulations Kayla!! I've been averaging about 5-6 duck eggs daily. My Pekins lay such a huge egg. The yolks are twice the size of normal sized chicken eggs.

Thanks aspen! I was beginning to think they would never start haha. We finally got a chance to spend time on some pins. We have been so busy for some reason lately it's crazy but a good note we finally got the horses moved back here

I'm from Texas, I'm from Texas!!! I wanna play with you guys! From the ever, unfortunately, growing town of new braunfels. Big town with a small town mentality. If you have(n't-edit, oops!) heard of NB, shame on you.

I live on a lil ranchette that we call the compound with my family. Between us all we have 5 dogs, 3 horses, show cattle who's numbers changed each year, 30-45 rabbits depending on the season, and my newest edition of 12 baby mutt chicks.

I am also the proud mamma of the cutest 6 month old baby boy any has ever seen.

*makes myself comfy on the Texas couch* btw....I bleed texas pride.

I have a question for everyone/anyone A friend of my husbands wants to know about "certifying" eggs or maybe he means egg operation? I don't know if something like that even exists so I'm asking ya'll

I've started an interactive Google map for Texas BYC Members. You can go to it and add your info and location and edit it any time you want. Click on the red edit box then the blue ballon at the top and drag it to your location. Then click on your ballon and add you info. Thought it would be a good visual to see where everyone is.
