Can't help you with what it is, but it sure is purdy! Can anyone identify this lovely little lady (I really hope lady...). She is a feather legged bantam from Ideal and someone said she looks like a cochin. But I can't for the life of me figure out what color she is. She started out as a solid soft blue-grey color. This is what she looks like now at 4 weeks old.
She was the largest chick in the brooder from the start and the only ones as big as her now are the LF peanuts who are 3 weeks old now. She also feathered out faster than any other chick in the group as well.

I ordered 10 white rocks, 5 Buff rocks, 5 Black Australorps, and 5 New Hampshires. I also got the 1 free Exotic chick, which the fabulous folks on BYC helped to identify already as a Partridge Cochin. I split the order witth another party and they got 7 white rocks and 2 New Hampshires and 3 Buff Rocks.
That leaves me with the 5 Black Australorps, 4 White Rocks, 3 New Hampshires, and 2 Buff Rocks and 1 Partridge Cochin. Sounds almost like a Christmas carol. LOL

I know how you feel I was as worried as when my daughter was expected to arrive, just think positive and they will be here before you know it!!! Best of luck!!Mine are from a private breeder in Gainsville TX. I've been assured that I'm first on the list for the 3/18 hatch. I'm probably going to pick them up at the PO if I can. I read on another post that someone that did get some chicks from them had one dead lavender when they arrived and they were overnighted. He has a live chick guaranty but I'm still worried!
