I wonder if you got two white or buff polish and silver or gold laced.

**snickers** I have absolutely no idea. I know nothing about Polish and can't say I ever had any desire to own one - much less three. But, they were so lonely there all by themselves......yeah, I was suckered...what can I say?

And, lorday - if they are white instead of buff, Imma cry....I really don't like white birds....really don't......do not ask me why because I have absolutely no reasoning for my bias. LOL

I have no idea...two of them are a yellow colour and the other is black with bits of grey.

No, I figure I'm stuck with the Polish - though, I'm tempted to go back and get that Silkie boy just so I can recreate "Ugly Boy"

And, I just picked 'em up and slapped a ring on 'em...So, it's anyone's guess....but, they just sat there and let me photograph them and put rings on them as sweet as you please. No trying to run off or anything. My husband says he wouldn't have believed it if he hadn't see it, himself - the difference in the behaviour of these guys straight out of the egg compared to the others.

Do they look like these? the top one is a red polish (didnt even know those existed until i started asking about these guys) and the second is a silver laced

Well, I have arrived home with 20 dorking chicks...adorable little buggers....

I'm off to go check for "eyeliner"...maybe tell what these little guys are. I tell you what, the difference in behavior between these guys and all the other chicks is amazing. So far, not a one of them has tried to run away from me; and, all sit very quietly on my hand while I handle them. No need to hold them down or wait for them to calm down...just sweet as pie.

We won't talk about the three crested Polish I got talked into, though.....

Oh, they are so cute. I just love baby chicks.

I had to let everyone run around outside today, even with my hawks hanging out in the neighborhood looking for breeding food. It's spring just too beautiful to keep everyone "cooped up" lol!

This is everyone minus my Sebright. They were hanging out looking for raisins!

this is what they look like:

and, I'm fairly sure all the dorkings are females...not quite sure how that worked when I ordered "straight run"...but, ok....maybe I need to put an order in with Duane Urch afterall....Or see if Dick can add six SGD eggs to my reds that he's sending the end of March...
