Anyone know what the sickness/ disease is that makes a "plug" of plaque ( Like what forms in your arteries that causes a heart attack) in the Trachea right where the voice box or " Crow Box" is? It's suffocated 27 birds, but I finally got rid of it. Im just curious as to what it was!

look up canker ..also called trichomoniasis or roup... it's common in pigeons.. but chickens can get it too.. it's caused by a parasite. Once a bird has it it becomes a carrier so it can pass it to the other birds. They can live with the parasite without any issues.. but if they become stressed it can flare up.
It can be in the mouth or in the throat can be in the lungs.. gut and ears too.. looks like a plug of cheesy waxy goop..

Are these the breeder birds that your stock is from? I can't wait to see your chicks.

I don't think it was a parasite. I tried and tried to look for something, but this is all I could find.
Btw I highly recommend this website! http://partnersah.vet.cornell.edu/avian-atlas/search/examfinding/765 They died pretty quick though..... Definately couldn't live with it, but they were all bantams so they're tinier so it probably suffocated them quicker. When they got it they would have changes in their chirps, squeaks, or crowing ( or no crow at all .) Then They would cough a lot and They would start hunching up and sitting in one spot then the day they would die they would be full of energy, standing up and normal then they would start gaping and stretching their neck out straight up ( standing up ) then after about an hour and a Half they'd eventually suffocate.
