Those are absolutely adorable!
I love little chickies like that, so cute and fluffy. I still haven't seen my first blue egg. Can't wait to though, three or so more months until I do! (hopefully)
I think the blue eggs taste better. I'm sure it's in my head but they are my favorite.
I glad they finally shipped them congrats they are some cute little buggers!!!!
Thanks. They were a month late but well worth the wait... I hope.

I wish I had planned better and lined up meeting people in that area. We met a couple of people to deliver eggs and chicks to and went to the caverns. Went to a feedstore to look for chicks but didn't find much.

Georgetown Farm Supply on 29 has been selling out of chicks within 48 hours of receiving them...it's the all the Easter crap, right now. Chicks disappear like mad...and, in a week or two, CL will be swamped with people wanting to dump them.

yup.. same with bunnies.. about a week after easter craigslist should have several advertised... sad thing is some of the people wanting to get rid of them expect you to pay full price.. PLUS pay for the cage, food and whatever else they bought on impulse

I had a woman get mad at me the other year when she had a rabbit advertised..when I inquired about the price she told me $300... when I asked why so much .. she told me she bought it for her son and wanted her money back
she said she knew he would lose interest.. but she bought the rabbit anyway.... cause it was "cute"....
