The ice has melted. They are cautioning people to drive carefully tonight since the temps will be dropping again.

I bought the vegan starter from Cultures for Health and followed the directions. I also downloaded their free e-book and read on their site about making yogurt. The one thing I did that was not in the box directions was to add sugar to the milk for the starter to eat. Almond milk has a low sugar amount so you need to add some.Would you please pm me your yogurt recipe![]()
The big palms should be ok. The sago may or may not. It depends on how much cold it got. I would cover it if it is getting cold again.
