I get my pools off of craigslist for free :) or cement mixing tubs work well and are about $15. Good luck with your colt, I know how that goes. The one day that you want to behave they go nuts and think you have 3 heads.

He did exactly that. He acted a fool, bucked, and set back. As soon as the potential buyer left he was back to his old self.

Weird...I can't stand people like that. Neither of my neighbors should have any room to complain...the ones to our left are a quiet, older couple. Nice enough: the guy mows our lawn once in awhile for us and the wife wasn't rude when I..ambushed her as soon as she got home from work because one of my girls had gotten into her yard. I wanted to catch her before she let her labs out
The other neighbors have 7 freaking cars and are always working on their stereos and I hate them lol

Mine don't like eggs either..what's wrong with people? lol

Handsome! Speckled Sussex?

Cuties :)

Even in just the past 5 years or so it's exploded!
We drive through every few months and it blows us away every time.
I met my husband there while I was going to SHSU.

They're fancy now, they have an Olive Garden ;)

So my one and only Russian Orloff cockerel has the wrong comb type.
I don't know what happened but now I can't use him :hit
I'll have to find him a home and hatch all over, in hopes of a decent boy.
My breeding plans are put off at least a year now...

Thank you!

Hello guys, I haven't been on for almost a year but I have some trouble...a young mixed breed rooster!:-o he isn't even 8 months old yet but he needs a home fast. He is a Delaware-laying breed mix and would surely make some egg laying babies. I cannot have a rooster in my neighborhood it could threaten me to loose all my birds. Please help, private message me for photos. If anyone is interested I will be going to the Fancy Feathers Chicken Show in Dripping Springs in March so we could meet there.
-Thanks, Alicia
