I found his post only by doing a search on his user name. Thought I had missed it. It's on the first page of this Texas thread.
That's why I mentioned it as he has not posted since July 2007.

Sorry, had to reboot. Computer froze up. I hate windows8!!!

Doing well on this end. Busier than a cat in a room full of rocking chairs.

I am actually building a coop with run for rooster, and if he is still reading, it is almost finished.

David, are you going to be able to make it to Conroe Trading Days?? Would love to meet you. If not, I will be coming your way (Henderson, TX) in a few weeks. My sister-in-law got us three or four more birds, that we have to pick up.

It is always good to wake up on the north side of the dirt.

Not sure if I will be able to make it Ken. I have Church on Sunday's till noon. The wife and I have been working on getting our house layed out and going thru the process of picking out a builder and getting plans drawn up. I live here full time since I retired but she is staying with family during the week as she still works. She comes up Friday evening and leaves on Monday to go back. If I do make it I will look you up but don't hold your breath waiting for me.

If I were to hold my breath, someone would have to call 911. lol. If you need any help with the new house, I would be glad to help out. I have been in residential construction all of my life. To be more specific, I have been a cabinetmaker for over 30 years.

We have a builder already. We are doing a barndominium but we had to find someone to do the blueprints and all that. We have a friend in Sugarland who is a builder and he gave us the name of a man he uses.

I can hold my breath a little while but like everything else not as long as I used to!

If I was looking for ya Kate I would be looking for a redhead!! Of course also wearing a purple shirt. More rain coming Kate but rain beats the hell out of drought. After 2011 I said I would never complain about the rain.
