Well, it has been slow going without work and family schedules, but I have my coop nearly framed out. I just need to put the roof 2x4's in, and then I can paint the bones, then it is time for hardware cloth and barn siding. Well, I need to build a door too, I put up the 2x4 frame on that today. Now it is a matter of thinner board, hardware cloth, some hinges and a latch. That won't take long. It is actually kind of fun building a glorified screen door.

I am in Houston, and just getting started reading around BYC. Stumbled upon this thread... Time to start reading, but wanted to introduce myself.
 
I might start raising meat rabbits. (If my family lets me..) I am a bit worried though. This is my first time raising something for meat and I have just had pets my whole life. No, I won't keep all those rabbits as pets of course, I'm just saying the cull would be really hard the first few times.
