Making rabbit stew today to take to work tomorrow. Many of my coworkers, if not all of them have never had rabbit. Crossing my fingers that this batch turns out well. This is the first time eating our own rabbits we butchered. They were decent sized too! Used three rabbits, a whole stalk of celery, 3/4 white onion, six carrots, a bag of peas, four garlic cloves, 750mls of red wine, four liters of water, one liter of chicken broth, a bag of chicken soup mix from central market, seasoning salt, and rosemary. Going to do a taste test in an hour and spice it up from there depending on what it needs.
Any suggestions?
