Shotguns are good. They are not so good in tight spaces with others around and a bit awkward to collect eggs with.

True. I didn't think of all of that. I have been wanting to get a hand gun now that you can open carry. If I'm ever in a situation where I'd have to run for my life, I would die; so, I would have to fight or just die

Handguns work well. I taught my wife to shoot and she outshoots me. She puts holes in holes and eats out the center of the target.

Raining has finally slacked off here in Ledbetter. It rained HARD for an hour or so. Ducks are loving it!! LOL

It poured here in Round Rock for a few hours. Now the sun is out and my ducks are happy swimming what is normally my backyard. It's just one big pond now, the chickens are finally drying off too.
