So one of our cars is offline. We bought some native plants earlier this month. Unfortunately we also got a large spider that looks exactly like a black widow but it is brown. I have been hoping it would die in a hot car but this thing is resilliant. Regardless I am afraid of the spider car as I am Texan, my wife thinks we should reclaim the car tomorrow with a dustbuster. It should be chicken food by the end of the day.

That is if we catch that beast I do agree it is best to do it while it it cold.

To us these belong in nature. Sure I recognize they have value but I recognize their place in the ecosystem. DW is really upset how greed influences people to steal nature for profits these animals are completely monogamous and to catch one with out the other represents no value for anyone.

I'm just so happy my neighbors do not know how valueable these ducks are. I like having them around. Those and the Wood Storks. Additionally, trouble with TPWS is not worth anyones time.

So I did have a giggle. I have 1 nice neighbor but with 60F and sunshine it was funny as heck to see him outside in full jeans, boots and an ugly ill fitting christmas sweater just now. To most in Germany that represents springtime shorts weather and time to open up the lakes for swimming plus the sunscreen.

In Germany there a term for that "weichei" or soft egg in the US the term is much more vulgar. Not that I am a true German or anything, just it is my adoptive country. For the record I only speak German my spelling is horrid. I'm not going into how bad my grammar is there either, but drop me in Frankfurt the Benelux , even France with cash and I will be fine without using English.

The only thing I don't get about that skit is that a cough drop survived a whole year in our humidity without turning into a gooey mess. Candy just is not a solid object where I live. Unless it is hermantically sealed and vacuum packed.

So the first red tailed hawk of the season was just spotted. Thank you north Texans, it buzzed the wifes Silkie coop. Fortunately the fencing defeated it, but ours is only 4ft or 6Ft high depending on the side. I just hope it does not find the right angle of attack, and the silly Silkies continue to hug the fence line. I want this one to continue to migrate southward and over the borderwall as not a single rooster gave an alarm.

I really have to shave our silkie heads again soon for sure the roosters first if they couldn't spot a red tailed hawk preying on them. 2 Silkie heads down(1 roo 1 hen), 14 to go, yes it helps with a partner but she is asleep. Regardless, the equipment is set up for operation "Shave Fluffbutt".
