Texas

So I made a plate of Jalapeno Walmart poppers, they suck. My money would have better spent on cheesesticks.

On the oh god meter they scored a 0
On the perfecctly breaded meter they get a 5/5.
They do have good onion rings though! LoL

Jalapeno poppera are best made from scratch silly. ;) Mmmm cream cheese & cheddar cheese, wrapped in bacon. Then thrown on the grill.

@Matejka I came across a good image of the hard working Golden Orb Weaver Spider today looking over my wife's shoulder at her FB. These are most likely the ones you have and yup those are deer antlers. Usually they also incorporate a zigzag thread pattern into the medial aspect of the web itself, but I guess this one had a smaller canvas to work with.

Hubby has a "pet spider" like that, but not identical. Last year he let it live on his boat, to get rid of the black wasps that had taken over. They are all gone now. This year he put it or its offspring over by his work bench to control the mosquitoes and gnats. They have been awful this year. I will have to post pics, maybe somebody can help us identify it.

So I'm dealing with my first bout of bumblefoot here. Already got 6 of 9 down with it, and soaking up PRID salve overnight. Already know what to do, and what we prolly did wrong here. My question is, is there anything I can feed them, to help them recover more quickly? Also one is pretty doggone sick, trembling and explosive black diarrhea. Hoping she makes it through the night. Put her back in the coop, as being inside was stressing her more.

Lol you quoted Vernon's Texas Health and Safety Code twice there. It is so worth the read but chapters 820 to about 828 cover most aspects important to us.

I really have a hard time not writing about the progress my Malinois is making. He was kept chained up for 2.5-3 years of his life and was not even potty trained when we brought him home. Now he is an expert frisbee catcher and potty trained plus a decent cuddler. This dog is really growing on me but due to his size cost a pretty penny to get vetted, but he is working off his debts in lovins and desire to work my wife got complimented yesterday on how well he shut up when being solicited with some water softenering kit we don't need. He is pretty easy to deal with when you tell him something is not a threat. Regardless, I kind of like the dude and happy he is a house dog no longer chained to trees. I have no explanation why everyone in his past felt that was the only way to deal with him. I just have to say his name in a judgmental fashion and he stops whatever nonsense he is engaged in. Sure he will put your entire arm in his mouth when he is happy but that is just my dippy dog it isn't like he will hurt us that is how he says I love you. I still kind of fear his parkoor skills when playing frisbee and glad he has not figured out physics apply to the fence too, because that dog will go 10 feet in the air running up and bounding off a tree to get a flying frisbee. Plus I don't have to worry about outside threats when DW has him at her side he is such an intimidating animal plus he will rip you to the ground but that is not his thing. Mallinois do a bite pull and tug that is what they are known for.

I do not want to suggest I have a dangerous animal. Just that I trust him to take care of DW keeping her safe he will take on a pack of coyotes or humans that threaten that lady. I'm offline to give him belly rubs now.
