Pantry-palooza :
Chopped up raw carrots (2 cups)
Bag of frozen sweet peas
Can of rotel tomatoes and green chili’s
Bag of a tomato-pasta soup
Small can of curry paste
Leftover slab of ham chopped to bits
A chunk of fresh/frozen ginger chopped up
Coconut oil
Water

…..let it simmer down for at least an extra 2 hours & open it up…. Needed a wee bit more filler. Added a cup of rice & ground chicken (previously cooked “leftover”) & cooked it another 30 minutes….

No pics yet…. Gonna let it simmer down for at least an extra 2 hours or so before I open it up….
I am so glad to here that I am not the only person who makes curry pork. :celebrate

We really didn't get the weather others did. I can't complain.
