As long as coop is draft free, they'll do fine. I have an open air coop-open on 3 sides, 1/2 open on 4th side. I wrapped 3 sides in plastic, left the east side open, and top 2 ft of north side open. The north side is 10 ft high, I could only reach 8 ft or so, and used a clear shower curtain. I was out there alot yesterday, it was nice in coop, I took jacket off. I also put leaves in coop and run to help keep warmth.
My critical issue is water. I'm gonna fill the 5 gal waterer up Wednesday, before I wrap faucets, and hope for the best. My forecast low Thursday nite is14, so I'm probably a little south of you.

Our forecast for Thursday is a high of 60 and low is 14. That's a huge temp swing. Maybe this is the norther that has had me sneezing, itchy eyes for 5 days. If so, it's gonna be ugly.
