Second year in a row that White Face has gone broody after a cold snap at new year. Not sure I understand, but I put eggs in the incubator for her. Last year, the fighting in the nest crushed a couple of eggs, so golf balls until they hatch.

Starting the new year off with chicks weeks away.

Had a temp coop try to walk away with that wind.

Power was out just now for about 1hr. Was a wide swath of area two.

Yep. Limbs dropped. Quail coop blown onto the fence (no quail atm). Strong wind the last 24 hours.
