Thank you all. I really love this community. I have much to learn and I plan to make this a regular habit. For most of my adult life I was always deployed in combat or returning from or training others to go. My wife says she sees that caring for the chickens has given me something to help me relax. So, we started with 4, we got 6 more, lost one to I don't know, and then got 8 more baby chicks, bantam's, frizzle's, frazzle's or whatever. Is that what they mean by chicken math? Poor chickens my wife wants to put bows in their hair.

Yeah, that's the dreaded chicken math at work!

I've never tried to put bows on chickens. I'd say let her do so, and film it. I'm thinking one attempt will probably cure her of that desire. 🤣
