Another San Antonio person here. I live downtown, so if you are ever at First Friday, follow the clucking noice and you will find me and my (now) very small flock.

I am NEW NEW NEW to having chickens and had never heard of Yokohamas so I googled them -- what an awesome looking chicken! Everytime I see a new chicken, I think I need one!

My husband says he will take me to the State Fair so I can see a BUNCH of chickens... I'm excited but I think my brain might just go into overload.

Anyway, I just have a few little Mutt-Silkies -- They are pets, don't do shows, or breeding or anything special like that -- They are just for loving on

So, if anyone runs across hens with the wrong toes, comb or anything, keep me in mind...

Too Bad San Antonio doesn't have a "Chicken Park" like we have Dog Parks... wait, on second thought, that probably would NOT work out real good...lol But, I sure would enjoy meeting people who have chickens>

I already got chicks from my yokohama pair, such special bird they are so fragile.
