Texas

Woke up at 6 am to loud thunderclaps, bright lightening, and RAIN!! Hubby and I both ran to the front door to watch and listen. It's a beautiful sound. Had it not been lightening we might have been out in it playing. It's still coming down 45 minutes later. Great start to the day. The most rain we have seen in months!

Yesterday afternoon it was pouring down rain! We got an inch!! WooHoo!! We had little "rivers" going down all the roads, and even a big water fall that had been formed by the rain out on one of the canyons!! Yeah for the rain!!

We are back in our home after the fire and we are intact no damage to house or property and even got rain (just north of Magnolia)
Some people in our area are still not allowed back home and many have no homes to come back to.
