I have a neighbor that has some they want to find homes for, they got them before Halloween when they were Chicks. They only want to find homes for them if they won't be eaten. They live near Denton (North of Dallas), if you would be interested in them and making the trip, reply to this. Thanks!

Mostly what ive found so far are pieces of bivalves aka clams, oysters there also known as heart urchins which usually i just find only one part of the whole lol. But ive also found one arrowhead too just look online and youll find some great stuff on where to look.

I live off of Lake Lewisville, and this year with the drought has been awesome for fossil picking. This summer I found a fossilized fish and fossilized upper body of a crawfish. My favorite place to go hunting is just off of Village Creek, I hunt while my husband rides his four wheeler. I will look up that Canyon Lake.

Canyon lake is great for hunting, you should find some Ammonites I believe and maybe crinoids. I haven't gotten a chance to go there yet.

Thanks, shearedroan, you are SOOO right-it takes leaving to appreciate home, thats for sure!
And welcome home, yourself!

This Poultry show is for the public, right? I would like to go just to see all the different chickens... Is there a gate fee to get in? If so what is it?
Thanks, Trish
