I know. I put them up, away from the dogs. Like 7 died, I fed 1 until the grackles left. His name was Al Capone. He lived on the window sill. Came and went as he pleased.

Instead of going to the Christmas tree place we usually go to, think we're going to get tags, and hunt our trees in the wild this year. More of an adventure that way.
