Thanksgiving Help Needed Please! (The parents are still in Montana)

I do have a meat thermometer, I just need to find it. And that site has good info! I can't figure out if my turkey was frozen though. They didn't have it in a freezer and it's not really hard. It's in the fridge, so I don't think I'll have to put it in water.

When you reach in to pull out the giblets you will find out. The bag that they are in will be stuck in the turkey. My family usually washes the turkey and then prepares it..

Sounds like you have everything under control. You are doing better than what I would have done at your age.

Ok, sweet potatoe casserole is done, Green bean casserole is done... The hazelnut coffee pie is done and the pumpkin pie is in the oven. The turkey will go in once the pumpkin moves to the top oven. Waiting for the wheat rolls to rise, which they aren't. It's been an hour...

Oh well. We bought pre-made in case they don't work out. We're serving salad, and that's pre-made so I just need to set it up, we're serving carrots and broccoli, which I somehow need to cook the broccoli...
But so far, with the exception of the wheat rolls, everything seems to be going alright (

). The turkey terrifies me though...

I love the Reynolds roasting bags for cooking turkey. They are super easy, Just throw some flour in the bag shake it up, add your seasoned turkey and you are done. Mine is in right now and is only going to take 3 hours.
