Took out 2 clear eggs off the Brinsea Ovation 28 EX, so 10 out of 12. Four Olive Eggers and 6 Black Copper. On Brinsea Mini II EX, 6 out of 7 are doing great. Total expected chicks (in perfect world) is . 16.
That is a good report!

Will The chicks hatch in the ovation too? Some use a separate incubator to hatch due to the dander getting caught in the fans making it hard to clean in the old one.

I am wondering it the new ovation is easier to clean

Do not be alarmed, the cats do not try to grab them. And the dog was watching, just in case.

We normally totally clean the incubators thoroughly after 2 consecutive hatches. The fan can get all the dust/danders/fuzz and the humidity tube feeder can get clogged too if not cleaned. I’m co hatching 10 (set 12 eggs) on Ovation 28 EX, with a friend (out of her 14 Orpington eggs, only 4 viable). My Mini II was fired up first time this year and looking good after the temp spiked scare the first day that I shared early on. I almost discarded the eggs after some suggestions but listened to my gut instinct to continue on.
