Mm cheeseI tried about 4 different kinds of hygrometers last year and none lasted the season. From Walmart, the reptile kind from the pet store, etc. I finally broke down and bought a digital thermometer/hygrometer for $16.95 from Stromberg's this year. I've been using it in my cheese cave for the past few months and it's been pretty accurate and durable. The cheddar I was aging will be ready next week, so the hygrometer will get cleaned up and moved to the incubator for hatching season.![]()
