Just got done washing the incubator and turned it on to let run and see how close the temp is to 99.5 degrees. This way there is less I have to do on the 13th

Ok, I got my STC-1000 digital temperature controller for my LG incubator! I am ready to wire it in, but still wasn't entirely sure if I need to wire the digital thermostat directly to the heating element, or if I should just plug the whole thing into the thermostat extension/power cord like someone suggested? Of course the fan would have to be wired separately either way. Here are some pictures of my LG wiring in case that helps show what would be best in my situation...

Close up of the fan label - I don't think it is a 12V...

Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions!

from the power cord you will need to run a direct line to the fan and a second to the STC1000. The fan must be running continuously when the bator is on.

Just got my new bator's temp stabilized. Think I will wait a little longer to make sure, but I'm going to set some eggs in it to give it a test run. Setting my hatch a long eggs in my other bators next week. Also just bid on some Salmon Faverolle's so very excited to hopefully get those for next week.

Good luck on your bidding! Love..love..the Salmon Faverolle!
