im in! I thought I would be moving but plans changed and I don't have to sell my chooks hopefully still! so I may end up hatching from my sizzle program and hopefully from my OE girl once shes better.

Oh that's great! Will you have eggs available for this HAL? I was just going to hatch my own backyard mix, but I wouldn't mind some neat frizzles, too.

I should be able to send some out! I haven't shipped before so it would be a good time for me to see if im capable of it! haha I could send up to 6 maybe because its just one hen laying...but PM me if your interested! and you follow me on instagram, right?

I'm in, I'll set eggs from something here! Probably chocolate bantam orpingtons, swedish flowers, and ohiki. May set ancona duck eggs also.

I currently have my first eggs in the incubator. I will join with another batch of Ameraucanas and Ameraucana/Red Layer mixes. I am very new to the whole chicken thing, but I love it!!!!!

I am one that loves the still bator, I hand turn, and have great hatches with these bators. How are you doing Nate?

I'll be following along but won't be hatching unless:
A) I magically make it to the top of someone's wait list or
B) have a well timed broody.

Regardless it should be a blast! I had a great time with the NYD hatch along.

Join in, you know it will be fun. Eggs, or no eggs. Bet you learned some great things during the NYD HAL...pipe in when you know the answer!

I'm joining in for my first hatch-a-long!!!!

I will be hatching coturnix quail and possibly chickens, not sure what breeds I may do yet though.

You will have a blast..your very first HAL! This would be the one for it!!!

So after ready about everyone and their incubators I definitely want one. I usually depend on broodys. Any have any ideas on selling my husband on the idea of chicks in the house.I get a funny face every time I bring it up lol

I'm so excited for my first hatch along. I have only hatched eggs 3 times and only had 12 survive out of the 4 dozen I've tryed so far... and to this day I only have 4 left alive :/ had some die from my one dog that learned how to unlatch the chicken run door! And we'll let's say he found a new nice home the next day... and no not the pound. And then 3 decided to fly out of there run to play with my other dogs and I guess we can call that a crime of opportunity:/ so now I have 1 rooster and 8 hens. So I'm looking forward to some new chicks soon. I'm thinking of making my own incubator for the HAL has anyone used a small space heater to use in a home made cabinet bator?
