It is very likely. Cocci kills if the load is too much for the bird. Most do not show symptoms and build resistance. Others die from it.

Hey guys, remember my post about the chick with balance problems?
Well she is still the same, I bought some Duramycin-10. The lady at the feed shop said I could try it, but I don't want to unless others have some support to it, it was not expensive so I bought it either way, so do any of you believe it may help? Will it harm the two healthy chicks with her?

That's an anti-biotic. The chick isn't sick, it has a balance problem, but I don't believe it's from being ill with an infection at this point. I wouldn't give it to it. No need.
